The Company is seeking a seasoned and strategic business leader with experience on the disposable medical devices industry to drive our international growth, with a focus on key markets including Australia, Southeast Asia, Korea, Japan, and beyond.


About the Role:

As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will report directly to the Executive Director and spearhead our overseas expansion strategy for the company business segment of disposable medical devices class I, II and III. This role demands a visionary with deep industry expertise, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in global market development.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Market Development: Define and lead the company’s overseas market strategy, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives.
  • Leadership & Team Building: Recruit, lead, and inspire high-performing teams to support international business goals. Set clear objectives, track performance metrics, and provide ongoing coaching and resources.
  • Product Portfolio Execution: Partner with the product management team to ensure successful market launches, comprehensive team training, and smooth execution across regions.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and expand relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and market presence.
  • Business Operations Optimization: Develop and implement commercial strategies that shorten the sales cycle, strengthen distribution networks, and optimize logistics to meet global demand.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA or Master’s degree required.
  • 10 years of senior business leadership experience in Class I, II, and III medical disposable devices, with a strong preference for international market exposure and operations management expertise.
  • Demonstrated success in executing international sales strategies and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of export compliance, global logistics, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven, solution-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel internationally and manage work across different geographies and time zones.
