Manager (Pre-Employment Training), Talent Development

We're looking for someone dynamic and forward-thinking to lead our Pre-Employment Training (PET) programmes. What You’ll Be Doing:

• • Become an Industry Insider: Dive deep into the world of ICT and Media to understand exactly what skills are in demand and how we can make our curriculum cutting-edge and relevant.
• • Data-Driven Strategy Wizard: Craft and execute innovative, data-driven strategies to boost employment rates and career growth for fresh grads.
• • Master of Metrics: Use data analysis to assess the impact of our PET programmes and keep our data dashboard in top shape.
• • Connector Extraordinaire: Partner with universities, polytechnics, ITE and industry leaders to create fantastic opportunities (think internships, projects, and more) that make sure students are job-ready from day one.

What We’re Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years in policy or strategy development — bonus points if it’s in ICT or Media!
• Experience working with government agencies is a plus.
• A creative problem solver who can break down complex issues, analyze data, and come up with innovative solutions.
• Someone who genuinely cares about the impact of their work and has empathy for the people affected by their strategies.
• Strong communicator with the ability to pitch big ideas and get buy-in from top decision-makers.
