Job Posting for QUANTITY SURVEYOR at Indeco Engineers Pte Ltd
Duties & Responsibilities To submit quotation to customer based on Schedule of Rate or Star Rate; To source for quotations from specialists/ sub-contractors/ suppliers, prepare comparison, negotiate, and award contracts; To prepare payment response to the subcontractors’ monthly claim, monthly progress claim, certify subcontractors’ progress payments, prepare variation orders, finalize accounts; To administer contracts of all values and ensure that they are completed within budget; To ensure proper documentation of all records; To review and advise Operation Manager or Project Manager on the cost impact for variation of project specifications; To monitor and ensure delivery of materials are in accordance with contractual requirements; To coordinate site issues including procurement of materials from the suppliers; To liaise with consultants, sub-contractors, relevant authorities, and internal departments in resolving technical issues. Requirements Min Diploma and/or Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent; Min 2 years working experience, inclusive 1 year in Government Project; Able to commence work immediately of within short notice preferred.
