Project Manager Test Technology Innovation

• Manage test technology project of different complexity classes (including project schedule planning, project budget, headcount, expenses and invest) and execute according to Infineon project management systematic
• Responsible for operational decisions in the project and for driving the milestone decisions at the project approval body
• Work closely with cross functional project teams from various locations, to solve complex problems and identify innovative solutions
• Uses project management tools and methods to structure projects, to control progress, to manage risks, and to manage changes
• Liaisons with internal partners across various functions and regions,e. g. from business division, operations, IT, R&D, etc.
• Manages external partners in the project, specifically sub-contractors, and suppliers of equipment and materials,
• Delivers project success in timely manner, with transparency in project status and progress, as foundation of a trusted partnership with project customers and stakeholders
  

• Master/Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant industry experience, and ideally with Semiconductor Test Technolog y exposure
• Project Managemen t knowledge and skill, with more than 4 years experience leading cross-functional projects of significant complexity in international environment, and preferably with IPMA certification
• Technical knowledge and experience with Se miconductor packaging, assembly, final test and all proces s along product life circle
Good communication skill
