• Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Customize and configure D365 ERP modules to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for D365 ERP applications.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for system implementations.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure optimal performance.
• Skills /Competencies:
• Essential Skills:

• 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Dynamics 365 Operations in Development/Configuration/Deployment.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as X , C#, and SQL.
• Experience with D365 ERP customization and configuration.
• 4 years bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

• Preferred skills

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Knowledge of Azure services and integrations.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

• Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
