Full-Time Math Teacher (Private Tuition)

Job Responsibilities

• Teach primary and/or secondary level Mathematics based on the MOE syllabus
• Conduct engaging, clear, and effective one-to-one or small group lessons
• Customize lessons based on students’ learning needs and progress
• Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and practice papers
• Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback to parents
• Work closely with the academic team to maintain teaching quality and consistency
• Support the centre in curriculum planning and improvements when needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in a relevant field (Math, Education, Engineering, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of the local MOE Math syllabus (Primary and/or Secondary)
• Prior teaching/tutoring experience in private or group tuition is preferred
• Passionate about education and helping students grow
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
• Responsible, motivated, and committed to long-term teaching
• Able to work on weekends (a must)

Working Schedule

• 5.5 to 6 days per week (including weekends)
• Off-days typically on weekdays (to be discussed)
• Fixed schedule with possible adjustments based on student demand

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: $2,500 – $4,000 (depending on experience and performance)
