RESPONSIBILITY:
Closely follow up leads/ enquiries (household employers)
Sourcing and matching of candidates (domestic workers/ caregivers)
Sales closure and order fulfillment
Provides above and beyond customer service pre and post sales
Customer management
Support company marketing campaigns
Active involvement in CSR (corporate social responsibility) event
REQUIREMENTS
Ability to learn, and continuously improve one’s skills and knowledge.
Sincere and empathetic in dealing with stakeholders (clients, candidates, colleagues & etc)
Open and sensitive to people with different cultures and backgrounds
Enjoy dealing with people
High level of integrity
Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any field
Multi-lingual to handle candidates from different nationalities is advantageous
Possession of CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediary) is advantageous.
Training will be provided for those without prior knowledge about the industry.
