Snr Business Analyst

You will be part of an exciting team responsible for supporting the commercial activities, analyzing market data, identifying potential business opportunities, evaluating sales strategies, and providing data driven insights to support the development of new opportunities, partnerships, and products.

Responsibilities:

• Assists team members to build, establish and maintain effective business relationships with clients to proactively support their needs as their day-to-day contact, possibly focused on a specific product or service.

• Partners with the account manager and clients to derive optimum value from IQVIA products and services by explaining and expanding the usage of current IQVIA deliverables and identifying revenue opportunities

• Maintains effective internal communications with sales and client service support to keep all apprised on activities

• Researches, analyzes and responds to request that require an in-depth understanding, specific business line, and/or therapeutic market

• May conduct meetings at client offices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 – 4 years of related work experience in business analytics preferred

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and comfortable working with large transactional data

• Broad knowledge of the concepts, practices, and procedures of the client service representative field

• Ability to communicate effectively with various levels in the organization (written and oral)

• Demonstrated problem solving, analytical and strong customer service skills

• Demonstrate ability to develop and maintain relationships in a diverse business environment

• Pharmaceutical or consulting experience would be advantageous

• Self-starter who excels in lean and fast paced organization

• Ability to multitask

• Proficient in MS Office applications
