Personal Driver

Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Driver to serve our CEO and their family. This role requires a professional who can provide safe, efficient, and discreet transportation tailored to the unique needs of a high-profile family. In addition to standard driving duties, you will be responsible for managing family schedules, ensuring timely school drop-offs and pick-ups, and accommodating personal and executive travel requirements. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety and reliability, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with both the CEO and family members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe Transportation: Operate and maintain a high-standard vehicle, ensuring adherence to all traffic laws and safety protocols.

• Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage travel itineraries, ensuring timely pickups and drop-offs at designated locations.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct regular vehicle inspections, routine maintenance checks, and coordinate any necessary repairs or services.

• Route Planning: Utilize GPS and local knowledge to plan the most efficient routes, avoiding delays and ensuring on-time arrivals.

• Confidentiality: Maintain discretion regarding all aspects of the employer’s schedule, personal information, and sensitive matters.

• Professional Appearance & Behavior: Represent the employer professionally, maintaining a polished appearance and courteous demeanor at all times.

Working hours : Monday to Friday 7:30am - 5pm ( Weekends off )

Location : Raffles CBD area

Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin ( not a must but is an advantage )
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience with driving family members
• Experience with driving a Toyota Alphard.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles at all times (both interior and exterior)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
