Product Safety Certifier (Healthcare)

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle multiple certification projects, ensuringsafety, quality, and on-time delivery
• Review products against national/international standards
• Manage budgets, timelines, and technical documentation
• Perform and witness testing, review others’ work, and ensure traceability
• Demonstrate expertise in 2 product categories
• Evaluate client facilities, test methods, and compliance procedures
• Assist with solving technical issues while protecting confidential information
• Work with sales to support clients and identify new opportunities
• Prepare project quotes, explain certification programs, and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide technical briefings and support during design stages
• Create test plans and guide lab technicians
• Conduct or witness testing at labs or client sites
• Analyze and interpret test data with minimal supervision
• Ensure compliance with DQD, ISO, and safety standards
• Stay updated on relevant standards
• Suggest improvements for processes, safety, and capabilities
• Participate in audits, internal projects, and team discussions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or equivalent with ~3 years’ relevant experience
• Experience with RF, electronics, or electrical systems
• Strong communication, technical writing, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently or in teams
• Familiar with lab equipment, Microsoft Office, and technical tools
