Helpdesk or (Outsourced) – End-User Support
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM.
Responsibilities:
Oversee maintenance, set-up, installation/re-installation, relocation and migration of IT peripherals.
Provide support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices, including upgrades and patches.
Onsite & remote support for clients/end-users on IT-related requests
Diagnose and able to resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, and printers.
Ensure issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
Assist in configuring and setting up new employee workstations
Manage software administration (e.g. Microsoft 365), including password resets and account management.
Requirements:
Minimum ITE / Diploma in IT or equivalent.
Fresh graduate are welcomed to apply.
Able to deliver IT support to in a end-user environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
Take initiative and able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and also as part of a team.
Open to help out after office hours (OT) depending on projects
