Job Description:

• Sales Champion: Engage with customers to promote and sell health and wellness products consistently aiming to exceed sales targets.
• Customer Advisor: Provide professional and friendly advice on products, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
• Product Expert: Stay updated on the latest supplements and products to confidently recommend solutions.
• Visual Merchandiser: Manage in-store displays to keep them attractive and engaging.
• Stock Controller: Help with routine stock takes to ensure inventory accuracy and identify high-demand items.
• Hygiene Hero: Keep the counter and work area clean and inviting.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience as a health supplement promoter is a plus!
• Sales Performance: Proven track record in a sales-driven environment.
• People Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Energy & Passion: Enthusiastic, energetic, and driven to surpass sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Familiarity with health and wellness products is an advantage.
• Proactive Approach: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
