Key Responsibilities
Accounts (AR)
Prepare sales invoice, debit note, credit note and debtor reconciliation
Ensure accurate data entry into accounting system and proper filing of documents
Sending statement of accounts to customers on monthly basis.
Communicating with customers regarding payments and account balances.
Shipping
Prepare and manage all relevant documentation for sea freight shipments, including shipping instructions, customs documents and any other necessary paperwork.
Arrange timely collections / Dispatch according to customer's request.
Monitor the progress of sea freight shipments in real-time, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Address any delays or issues promptly and take corrective actions and pre-alerts to customers.
Ensure timely billing and accuracy of the invoices.
Attend and responds on customer's inquiry.
Maintain open and effective communication with customers regarding shipment status, delays, and any relevant updates. Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Requirements
Minimum O Levels or equivalent.
No experience are welcome, on job training provided
Bilingual to liaise with clients.
Proficient in MS Excel and Word, with advance knowledge in Excel an advantage
Meticulous and accurate in work
Willingness to learn
Able to start within short notice period will be an added advantage.
