The Role

As our E-Commerce Operations & Merchandising Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online stores and apps, ensuring seamless user experiences, optimizing product merchandising, and developing high-converting product description pages (PDPs) and brand copy. You will work closely with the marketing, creative, and product teams to elevate our e-commerce strategy.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage day-to-day operations of the EHPlabs online stores and apps (Shopify and Tapcart)

✅ Optimize product merchandising, category placements, and promotional strategies to maximize sales and conversions

✅ Develop and manage Product Description Pages (PDPs) that are engaging, informative, and aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices

✅ Write and refine online copy for e-commerce pages, product pages, and promotional campaigns to enhance storytelling and engagement

✅ Ensure seamless user experience (UX) and site functionality across desktop and mobile

✅ Analyze key e-commerce metrics (conversion rate, AOV, bounce rate) and implement data-driven improvements

✅ Work closely with design and content teams to create compelling product imagery, videos, and landing pages

✅ Manage promotions, product launches, and inventory planning in collaboration with marketing and supply chain teams

✅ Conduct A/B testing on product placement, pricing, and copy to enhance performance

✅ Stay ahead of e-commerce and digital marketing trends to drive innovation in our online store

What You'll Bring

Proven experience in e-commerce operations, merchandising, and online copywriting (preferably in health, fitness, or supplements industry)

Expertise with Shopify and e-commerce tools (Google Analytics, Triple Whale, Klaviyo/Insider, etc.)

Strong copywriting skills with experience in crafting high-converting PDPs and brand storytelling

SEO knowledge to optimize product pages for organic search performance

Understanding of UX/UI best practices and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies

Experience Managing Promotions, Product Launches, And Inventory Planning

Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
