Part -Time Customer Service Assistant @Punggol/Kovan

  • Provide excellent customer service to walk-in and call-in customers
  • Perform general administrative duties.
  • Recommend music courses, enrolment, collect school fees.
  • Sales of books/music instruments and inventory management.
  • Assist in statistical compilations - payment backlog, sales and fees revenue, student intake/drop out, etc

Requirements

  • Possess at least a GCE 'O' Level
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work 3 to 4 days a week (including both weekends) ; Duration : 5 to 9.5 hrs
  • Able to work at "retail hours" (nights and weekends)
