As a Customer Care & Logistics Executive, you'll be the friendly, reliable voice our clients count on-from managing delivery timelines to resolving complex issues with empathy and precision.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Service Excellence

  • Be the first point of contact for client queries, providing clear, timely, and professional responses
  • Tailor solutions to each customer's logistics needs, building trust with every interaction

Logistics Coordination

  • Oversee scheduling and ensure smooth cargo movement and on-time deliveries
  • Liaise with internal ops teams to keep things running like clockwork

Issue Resolution & Process Improvement

  • Resolve issues with urgency and care, always putting the customer first
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and exceed expectations

What You Bring To The Table

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive mindset and resourceful problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding (preferred)
  • Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic logistics systems
