As a Customer Care & Logistics Executive, you'll be the friendly, reliable voice our clients count on-from managing delivery timelines to resolving complex issues with empathy and precision.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Service Excellence
Be the first point of contact for client queries, providing clear, timely, and professional responses
Tailor solutions to each customer's logistics needs, building trust with every interaction
Logistics Coordination
Oversee scheduling and ensure smooth cargo movement and on-time deliveries
Liaise with internal ops teams to keep things running like clockwork
Issue Resolution & Process Improvement
Resolve issues with urgency and care, always putting the customer first
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and exceed expectations
What You Bring To The Table
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proactive mindset and resourceful problem-solving skills
Prior experience in customer service, logistics, or freight forwarding (preferred)
Comfortable using CRM software, Microsoft Office, and basic logistics systems
