Key Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with classroom preparation and daily activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Help maintain classroom organization and learning materials
• Supervise students during activities, lunch, and recess
• Assist with grading assignments and record-keeping

Qualifications

✔ High school diploma required (Education majors preferred)

✔ No prior experience needed - we provide training!

✔ Patient, caring attitude with strong communication skills

✔ Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff

✔ Basic computer skills (Google Docs/Sheets helpful)

✔ Clear background check (will be required)
