Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR cum Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the day-to-day HR and administrative functions, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, office management, and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires someone who is highly organized, efficient, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR) Support:
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing contracts, and conducting orientations.
Help with the preparation of HR documents such as offer letters, performance reviews, and other relevant correspondence.
Assist with employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other employee development programs.
Monitor employee attendance and leave records to ensure accuracy.
Administrative Support
Manage our own department supplies inventory/stationery and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
Support the preparation and organization of internal meetings and events.
Maintain filing systems and ensure all company documents and files are organized and easily accessible.
Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees or management.
Support the preparation of office-related reports, memos, and documents.
General Duties
Coordinate between the HR department and other teams to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Ensure office policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
Perform other related duties as required by the HR and Admin departments.
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR processes and office management practices.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is a plus.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in handling payroll or other HR-related tasks.
Previous experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
