Inventory Controller

Job Title: Inventory Controller (ID7172)

Location: Tuas (Company Transport provided)

Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm

(Willing to work rotating weekend and public holiday shifts. Work hours more than 44hours/week able to claim off-in-lieu during weekdays)

Basic Salary: $3000-$3500

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory tracking, efficient coordination across departments, and continuous process improvements.

Description

• Maintain accurate inventory records of raw materials, spare parts, and tools
• Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
• Update inventory databases and prepare inventory status reports
• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods to ensure quality standards
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams
• Recommend and implement improvements to inventory control processes
• Maintain organized documentation of all inventory transactions
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent (logistics/supply chain-related qualifications a plus)
• Experience in inventory management or warehouse operations; accounts assistant background also considered
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and inventory management software
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating basis
