Membership Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

Responds to membership enquiries via phone call and email

Process membership requests including updating of account details, cancellation, merger of accounts and more

Coordination with Finance on membership rebate adjustment

Tracking of monthly active and expired accounts

Checking and testing of membership campaign set-ups

Set-up of push notifications, SMS and EDM blast

Filtering of weekly exception reports

Managing reports for membership analysis and/or rewards

Initiative and Responsibility
