Operation Support Officer - MOE Primary School (JOB REF - OSOSNE-2025-04-001)

Role

This is a full-time, onsite, OSO Support Role in MOE Primary School. If you are selected,

You will work closely with the Principal, Vice Principal, Operations Manager and/ Admin Manager, SPL, in MOE Primary School (nearest MRT- Punggol (use Exit B)) in the day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain general cleanliness of classrooms and special rooms, general office etc.
• Escort contractors during maintenance works.
• Assist in traffic control and Gate duties during arrival and dismissal time.
• Look out and report any safety hazard and building faults found around the school.
• Basic knowledge and understanding electrical work such as resetting the DB during power trips.
• Provide logistical support for school events and activities, including carrying and
  
  

arranging furniture and equipment.

• Closing and arming of school.
• Any other duties assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principals, Operations Manager, or any other authorised officer.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Preferably have 1 year of related working experience in cleaning or maintenance.
• Language proficiency - Able to communicate in English Language.
• Preferably able to communicate using technology eg WhatsApp or email messages etc and any other relevant knowledge and skills.
  
  

Summary

Contract Period: From 1 Jun 2025 to 31 Dec 2026.

Working Hours

First Shift:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 6:00am to 3:00pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
• Fridays: 6:00am to 2:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
  
  

Second Shift

• Mondays to Thursdays: 9:00am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
• Fridays: 9:30am to 6:30pm, inclusive of 30 min lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
