Job Posting for PC or Mobile Repair Technician at Jobscentral

Responsibilities

Solicit and chase leads for phone repair services.
Plan horizontally like selling IT maintenance services to SMEs, Repair department and/or similar phone manufacturers and sellers.
Troubleshoot PC or mobile phones.
Perform basic repairs such as changing a phone screen or battery,
Resolve simple software issues on both iOS and Android devices.
Plan and sell vertically.
Assist and follow-up on customers' query when necessary.

Requirements

Qualifications from ITE and/or Polytechnics are accepted
Relevant experience in selling and repairing mobile devices and gadgets will be an added advantage
Have basic knowledge of computer software/hardware
Good customer service skills
