Basic up to $3,500 Variable Bonus Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Location: Bendemeer MRT Responsibilities Identify and select suppliers for raw materials and components. Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and agreements. Collaborate with engineering and production to meet material requirements. Coordinate shipments to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery. Liaise with freight forwarders and customs brokers for smooth import/export. Monitor and optimize inventory levels; conduct audits and resolve discrepancies. Ensure supplier compliance with quality and delivery standards. Prepare procurement documents and ensure regulatory compliance. Support sales coordination by handling invoices, POs, and delivery orders. Requirements Min. Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain, ideally in manufacturing or the valves/pipes sector. Solid knowledge of procurement, logistics, and inventory control. Proficient in ERP and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Familiarity with international shipping and import/export regulations is an advantage.
