QA Manager (East / Manufacturing) - WC2

• Lead the QA/QC team to drive continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and customer expectations.
• Oversee all operational quality-related activities, including reviewing and implementing quality requirements.
• Develop and enforce quality control procedures aligned with ISO 9001 standards.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and Gemba walks to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with production teams to address and resolve quality concerns.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective, preventive, and containment actions using 8D methodology.
• Maintain quality documentation, including equipment calibration records.
• Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards before release.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate across departments to integrate quality control into all business operations.
• Train and mentor QA/QC staff on best practices and quality standards.
• Ensure all activities align with ISO standards and company policies.
• Manage customer feedback and provide timely responses.
• Implement FMEA in daily operations to assess risk levels and apply preventive measures.
• Develop safety policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and conduct safety audits.
