Job Posting for Quality Control Assistant (East / 5-Day Workweek / Logistics) at Jobscentral
Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, including OPS packers, admin/logistics coordinators, and the QC team.
Perform daily quality checks on inspection reports from Kizeo to ensure they meet documentation standards.
Manage the distribution and revision of all company quality documentation, updating work instructions when necessary.
Review and verify the accuracy of reports submitted by the QC team daily.
Track and update the qualifications and training requirements for quality inspection personnel as directed by the executive and manager.
Update the department's work instructions to reflect changes in job flow or customer requirements.
Step in as a QC inspector to carry out routine inspections when needed.
Perform Y7 tasks in SAP for NC crates.
Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the executive or manager.
Requirements
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
At least 1 year of experience in a warehousing environment.
Able to adapt to a fast-paced, detail-oriented role.
