As a Sales /Business Admin, you play an important role in between the company business activities and customers,related trade parties by processing/coordinate related work. You are responsible to understand customers' needs, response to company general matter and provide assistance in the service fulfillment process, which includes communicating, handling point of sales inquiries, tender processing, attend feedback meeting, attend to site matter feedback, trade matter following up
Role & Responsibilities
Oversee the accurate and timely processing of sales, tender, quotation, other trade documentation to comply with regulatory requirements, client specifications and company guidelines
Manage and process sales opportunity till case closed
Provide customer support for sales via email, live chat, and call-in.
Coordinate and Consolidate information with the relevant departments to meet customer/trade parties requirements.
Manage sales documents/activities with various business portal.
Understand and apply, monitor operational policies, standards, and procedures.
Liasing with operation/client/internal department for routine matter monitoring
Conduct customer survey regularly.
Maintaining and updating supplier, sales, and customer records.
Requirements
Minimum college/diploma qualification.
Speed and accuracy.
Fair command of English as you will need to liaise with English-Speaking Client
Must have accountability towards your task.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Fair command to handle a variety of software applications, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc.
Organizing and storing/Filing of correspondence, documents and computer-based information.
Handle confidential information in a professional manner.
Willing to rush task completion exceed normal office hours when required.
