Key Duties And Responsibilities
Member Management:
Maintaining a comprehensive database of ASM members, including contact information, membership status, and relevant details.
Facilitating the membership application process, ensuring compliance with membership criteria.
Managing member dues, subscriptions, and other financial obligations.
Providing support to members, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues.
Financial Management:
Managing the ASM's finances, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
Ensuring transparency in fee arrangements with members and clients.
Maintaining detailed records of all transactions with members.
Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Communication & Events:
Developing and implementing communication strategies to keep members informed about ASM activities, events, and relevant industry updates.
Organizing and managing ASM events, such as conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
Facilitating communication between the ASM leadership, members, and external stakeholders.
General Administration:
Managing the ASM's office, including facilities, equipment, and administrative support.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
