Job Description & Requirements

Monitoring and tracking of events and alerts (First-

level support)

  • Monitoring and tracking of change and

maintenance activities

  • Manage, administer Message notification services and

sending of incident notifications or broadcast

notification to the stakeholders

  • Initiate conference bridge to facilitate incident

investigations and migration activities.

  • Open incident tickets, assign ticket to service track

and track incidents to closure.

  • Conduct health check on system.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Team lead
