Key Responsibilities
Solution Design and Architecture
Collaborate with business teams and product owners to ideate and design cloud-based solutions.
Develop and govern solution architectures, ensuring alignment with proposed designs and organizational standards.
Technical Leadership
Guide development teams by providing technical advice, solving complex problems, and performing code reviews.
Enhance software quality using cloud-native and Agile practices, including Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated CI/CD pipelines.
Work with other architects to align reusable library designs for consistency and efficiency.
Collaboration and Coordination
Partner with infrastructure, enterprise, applications, and security teams to set up cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and application integrations.
Resolve deployment and integration issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Innovation and Prototyping
Experiment with and create prototypes for exploratory projects, staying ahead of emerging trends and technologies.
Quality Assurance and Security
Assist QA teams in test automation and identifying technical challenges.
Ensure solutions comply with security, service, and compliance management standards, including change, incident, and problem management processes.
Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in application development, design, and business analysis.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of solution architectures and integration patterns.
Expertise in designing and developing large-scale applications to solve complex business problems.
Proficiency in technologies such as .Net, Java, React.js, Node.js, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Familiarity with multi-paradigm programming languages.
Experience with containers, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and DevSecOps technologies.
Hands-on experience in cloud-native technologies and AWS cloud environments (AWS certifications preferred).
Knowledge of OAuth2/OpenID Connect protocols.
Agile and Development Practices
Proven experience in software development lifecycle management in an Agile Scrum context.
Strong understanding of Agile principles, including continuous integration and delivery.
Analytical and Interpersonal Skills
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues creatively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results on time.
Self-driven, creative, and team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
SRE and Security Practices
Understanding of SRE practices, including service, security, and compliance management on cloud platforms.
