Technical Product Manager (Cloud Platform)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager with a strong software and platform engineering background to improve our cloud infrastructure. Our current cloud platform limits developer productivity due to poor optimization and restrictive governance. Your role will be to transform it into an efficient, developer-friendly environment while ensuring security and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Improve Cloud Platform – Define and execute a strategy to make the cloud infrastructure scalable, efficient, and developer-friendly.

✅ Collaborate with Teams – Work closely with developers, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams to balance compliance and flexibility.

✅ Enhance Developer Experience – Streamline tooling, automation, and self-service capabilities to make cloud development easier.

✅ Ensure Security & Compliance – Work with governance teams to set policies that maintain security without blocking development.

✅ Lead Technical Decisions – Guide cloud platform improvements with best practices in cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code).

✅ Track & Improve Performance – Set KPIs, collect developer feedback, and make continuous improvements.

Requirements:

✔ 5 years of experience in software or platform engineering with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
✔ Previous experience as a Technical Product Manager or in a similar leadership role.
✔ Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and cloud security.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
