Human Resource Business Partner (Healthcare)

What you'll be doing

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to department heads, providing insights on workforce trends, succession planning, and HR solutions tailored to the sector’s evolving needs
• Drive talent strategies to attract, retain, and develop professionals in specialist medical, nursing, and allied health roles, ensuring alignment with long-term organisational goals
• Lead manpower planning and analytics, ensuring optimal workforce deployment to meet operational demands in a highly regulated healthcare environment
• Partner with HR Shared Services to ensure compliance with the Employment Act, CPF & IRAS regulations, and healthcare-specific audit and accreditation requirements
• Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, including performance management, grievance handling, and workplace investigations within the healthcare setting
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence (CoE) to enhance leadership capabilities, succession planning, and staff development initiatives
• Identify gaps in existing HR policies and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and staff engagement

What we're looking for

• Bachelor Degree level in Human Resource
• 3 - 4 years of HR business partnering experience, within healthcare setting is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage HR data and workforce trends to drive strategic decision-making
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment, supporting both clinical and non-clinical teams
• Knowledge of change management and organisational development strategies to drive continuous improvement
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex and sensitive HR matters with discretion
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different levels
