Job Description
Able to independently carry out the complete lift installation process.
Capable of guiding and leading team members to complete lift installation tasks.
Responsible for leading and managing the installation team to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery of projects.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company procedures by all workers.
Regularly inspect worksites to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.
Supervise and evaluate staff performance, including conducting performance reviews and maintaining accurate attendance and timesheet records.
Provide positive leadership to drive high performance, and take appropriate disciplinary actions when required.
Requirements
Minimum ITE Certificate / Diploma in Engineering, Construction, BCSS, or equivalent.
At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in lift installation.
Willing to work overtime when necessary.
Must be contactable via mobile phone 24/7, including weekends and public holidays, during the period of engagement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and handle ad-hoc projects in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated, responsible, well-organized, and able to work under pressure.
Bilingual in English and Chinese is preferred, as the role requires communication with both English and Chinese-speaking clients.
