Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide information on airfreight services, rates, and requirements
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth airfreight shipment processing
Assist with booking shipments, arranging pickups, and tracking deliveries
Resolve customer issues and complaints
Update customers on any delays or changes to their shipments
Requirements:
Minimally GCE ‘O’ Level
Minimum 2 year of relevant experience in Air Freight
