Responsibilities

To edit and proofread Mandarin Curriculum to ensure quality and consistency
To maintain and enhance the quality of publication
To consult with Head of Departments and assess their needs, ensuring that design specifications meet specific restrictions
To edit video content for online platforms or classroom materials
To keep abreast of recent developments and technologies in the graphic arts field.
To provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, or any other administrative support tasks

Requirements

Min Diploma holder
Excellent proficiency in Chinese (speaking, reading, and writing)
Strong writing and proofreading skills
Keen eye for detail to ensure that the content is free from errors and complies with editorial style and guidelines
Strong organisation and project management skills
Experience in managing internal/external stakeholders will be advantageous
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Knowledge of Adobe, MSOffice Applications and use of IT systems.
Good to have prior experience in a school environment.
