BIM Modeller/Drafter

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

· Assist in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the project life cycle

· Create and update BIM Models based on contract drawings and the latest information

· Ensure integrity/ quality of the models

· Generate documentation and shop drawings for BIM Models

· Produce BIM Model deliverables for Construction, documentation, and fabrication

· Develop BIM Models with the correct parameters and attributes for BIM Based qualification and 4D simulation

· Identify issues for BIM Coordinators where discrepancies occur during the design stage

· Prepare Shop Drawing and sketch for Construction and Design Development

· Mainly for Plumbing/Sanitary/Gas and Archi Drawing Work

· Able to use Microstation, Autocad Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP

Job Requirement:

· 2 years of relevant working experience in HDB/Commercial/Condominium/Landed Housing projects.

· Construction site working environment.

· Able to work independently and be committed.

· Well-versed in Revit

· Able to complete models, and shop drawings in a timely and quality manner Construction site working environment.

· Ability to read and understand architectural and structural construction documents

· Graduate of a qualified technical school or program

· Excellent time management skills

· Knowledge of Plumbing, Sanitary/ Gas Code of Practise or Building Civil/ Arch Works.
