Our company, K-Power Pte Ltd, was established in 2019 as the Singapore branch of Flutek Korea. Specializing in Overhaul of Steering Gear and Deck Machinery, our company is looking for suitable candidates to work and assist in the admin department.
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team as a full-time permanent staff member. This role involves handling invoicing, preparing quotations, processing purchase orders, updating sales lists in Excel, and assisting with the preparation of sales reports. You will report directly to your immediate superior and play a vital role in ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage invoices, quotations, and purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
Update and maintain the sales list in Excel regularly.
Assist in preparing and updating sales reports as necessary.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as requested by your superior.
Communicate effectively via email and assist with other office correspondence.
Support the team with other administrative functions as needed.
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role.
Strong written and spoken English skills.
Comfortable with email communication and office software.
Excellent work attitude.
Highly motivated, work independently with minimum supervision and good communication skills.
Bonus: Ability to speak, read, and write Korean is a plus.
Eligibility: Singaporeans/PR only.
Salary:
$1,800 per month.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Short working hours, perfect for those seeking more work-life balance).
