We are on the lookout for like-minded team players to join our unique restaurant at Jewel Changi Airport!
A Bornean themed restaurant - first in Singapore - that offers creative Bornean cuisine and cocktails by a lively team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
All the kitchen area is clean, dry and neat.
Kitchen area is free from all pest potential.
Plates, bowls, cutleries, glass all are available at all time for customers' usage.
Trash Bin, cutleries cart & dishwasher zone are clean and dry at all times, especially during closing. (No trash bags left behind).
Make sure all kitchen lights are switched off and door is locked.
MAIN TASK
Report to Kitchen-in-charged.
Dishwashing (Plates, Bowls, Cutleries, Kitchen Tools, Glass & Cups).
Take care of Dishwashing Zone (Switch is off during closing & run based on SOP guideline).
Wipe Clean & Dry (Plates, Bowls, Cutleries, Kitchen Tools, Glass & Cups).
Organise & Tidy Dishwasher Racks (Plates, Bowls, Cutleries, Kitchen Tools, Glass & Cups).
Kitchen Housekeeping (Sweep, Wipe & Mop Kitchen Floor, Wall, & Surface Area, Aircon Duct).
Clean & wash grease traps, drain traps, trash bin, cutleries cart.
Take out trash bags to the dumpster.
Clear Tables & General Cleaning.
Refill Detergent & Fold Trash bags.
Assist in Deep Cleaning (Freezer & Chiller) - Every Monday & Tuesday.
Assist Kitchen-In-Charged Duty (Organise Dry Stock, Vege Processing).
Requirements:
No prior experience required, training will be provided.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Willingness to learn and contribute to the kitchen team.
Working Hours:
Flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
