Job Description

THE ROLE: Executive, Sales Support (Contract from May to Dec 2025)

The Sales Support plays important role in assisting the sales team by managing administrative processes, coordinating inter-departmental communication, and supporting various stages of the sales cycle. A key aspect of this role involves ensuring compliance with EduTrust Cat.3 requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and contributing to audit preparations. This position is integral to ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the overall success of the department.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• EduTrust Compliance Ensure adherence to EduTrust Cat. 3 requirements by maintaining accurate records, managing documentation, and supporting audit preparations.
• Agent Management Execute agent contract, addendum and monitor agent activities within the Salesforce platform to streamline operations and track performance.
• Administrative Support Prepare and manage essential documents, including Finance Handover reports, Marketing Expenditure Files, Student Application Forms, Murdoch Study Plans, Department meeting, and various sales reports, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Logistics Coordination Provide logistical support for sales activities, including courier services, catering arrangements, study tours, and certificate printing.
• Student Accommodation Collaborate with accommodation partners to manage accommodation options for international students.
• Pre-Arrival Services Assist students with pre-arrival preparations, including coordinating airport pick-up services.
• Student Reporting Days Organize and conduct student reporting days, providing briefings on student pass requirements, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Campus Tours Host campus tours for prospective students, parents, and agents, delivering comprehensive briefing on campus facilities and services.

Qualifications

Academic Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related discipline.

Work Experience:

• Relevant experience in the education sector, with a focus on international student services and support.

Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data management and presentations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Navision for financial and operational processes.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
