Assistant Vice President, Technical Services

An employer of choice, this leading hospitality player is renowned for its portfolio of brands and sizable global footprints. To support business growth, they are now seeking a seasoned technical services professional to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will report to the Head of Department and play a crucial role in overseeing Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) systems and process in the planning, design and execution of greenfield and brownfield projects. You will ensure brand compliance, operational efficiency and liaise cross-functionally with external consultants and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

You are a seasoned technical services professional with 10 years of experience. A background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering would be highly regarded. The ideal candidate will have successfully led at least two full end-to-end project lifecycles, ideally within the hospitality sector. To thrive in this role, you should bring strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the adaptability to navigate dynamic and fast-paced environments.
