Head of Deposits (Major Full Bank)

We are partnering with a leading regional retail bank to hire a Head of Retail Deposits to lead the strategy, development, and performance of its retail deposits portfolio across the region.

Role
This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the deposits product roadmap, driving customer-centric solutions, and delivering strong portfolio performance. The ideal candidate will oversee product innovation, pricing strategies, digital integration, and regulatory compliance, while managing the full P&L and balance sheet responsibilities for the deposits business.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Risk, Finance, Distribution, and Technology to deliver seamless customer journeys and support business growth. A key aspect of the role involves building and mentoring a high-performing team, engaging key stakeholders, and representing the bank with external partners and regulators.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of relevant experience in a senior product management role within the banking or financial services industry, with proven supervisory experience. A degree in any discipline is required, along with deep domain expertise in Deposits and the broader Consumer Banking landscape. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, and business acumen, coupled with excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
