Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate, energetic, and child-focused individuals to join our vibrant team as a Game Master. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional escape room experiences, guiding and encouraging young players as they navigate our immersive challenges. If you have a knack for engaging with children, a love of storytelling, and a desire to make learning fun, we encourage you to apply!

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and bookings, providing excellent customer service
• Acquire full understanding of each game room
• Maintain the integrity and functionality of escape room sets and props
• Facilitate and oversee escape room sessions, ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and educational experience for all participants
• Provide guidance to players as needed, encouraging problem-solving and teamwork
• Observe and assess player progress, adapting your approach to suit different age groups and skill levels
• Manage slots and timings
• Reset escape rooms between sessions
• Interact positively with children and their families, creating a welcoming and supportive atmosphere
• Solve unexpected problems/situations promptly
• Assist with general upkeep of the facility

Qualifications:

• A genuine passion for interaction with children and fostering their learning.
• Experience in education, childcare, or related fields is highly desirable
• Excellent communication with children and parents, interpersonal, and storytelling skills
• Ability to think on your feet and adapt to different situations
• Enthusiastic, energetic, with a positive attitude
• Patient, empathetic, and a genuine desire to help children succeed
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
