Job Descriptions
Plan, supervise and manage all facilities maintenance services, schedules and improvement works for effective and efficient maintenance operations.
Ensure the team and external contractors/vendors comply with ISO standards and regulations.
Coordinate and direct all administration of M&E works by liaising closely with the consultants and client.
Monitor building’s system breakdown, defects and shutdowns.
Conduct inspection to ensure property is well maintained.
Recommend and implement improvement works if needed, at client’s premises to meet high service standards and facilitate / maintain good working relationship with client.
Familiarise and able to do quotation.
Requirements
At least 4 years of experience in related Facility Management or equivalent.
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Maintenance and or Engineering or equivalent.
