Kiztopia is a successful start-up and the biggest indoor children playground in Singapore! We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Crew to join our team at our indoor playground. As a Senior Crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for children and their families. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the playground, manage a team of crew members, and maintain a clean and organized environment. This position requires excellent communication and leadership skills, a passion for working with children, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling and managing customer visit experience.
- Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safety.
- Assist in daily playground cleaning & hygiene related work.
- Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage.
- Assist in operating & upkeeping playground equipment.
- Assist in planning of duty roster and cleaning schedule.
- Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement.
- Assist in managing & leading part time and junior service crew.
- Support day to day admission check in/out process.
- Support day to day event activities and performance.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.
- A positive attitude and a strong commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and ability to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere infused with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public/school holidays.
- Capability to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
- This is a FULL TIME position.

Qualifications Requirements:
