About the role
As a Strata Management Accounts Executive at Knight Frank, you’ll take ownership of handling multiple sets of accounts, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day financial operations. This role is ideal for someone with an accounting background, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
What you will be doing:
Handling full sets of accounts across multiple portfolios, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Managing accounts payable and receivable.
Preparing monthly financial and management reports, and bank reconciliation within stipulated deadlines.
Preparing audit schedules and addressing auditor queries for annual statutory and audits.
Preparing quarterly GST submissions to IRAS.
We’re looking for someone who’s:
Qualified in accounting, with at least 2 years of relevant experience (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply!).
Proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel and Word, with familiarity in accounting software as a plus.
Meticulous and responsible, ensuring accurate accounting records
Ability to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and operate independently.
A team player with a positive attitude and interpersonal skills.
