Responsibilities:
Operate, maintain, clean, repair and monitor all facilities management services
Implement the quality maintenance program and comply with government / statutory regulations; conduct regular audits of building and M&E systems
Ensure all installation works are in conformance with building and statutory requirements
Supervise contractors’ maintenance works, ensuring that contractors carry out works in accordance with contract requirements
Lead and manage a team to perform scheduled inspections, routine & ad-hoc maintenance facilities and building works
Ensure all feedback / complaints are attended to accordingly to agreed timeline
Plan, schedule and co-ordinate all maintenance works, ensuring that all equipment within premises is in working condition
Prepare monthly report for management and client
Responsible for building risk management, safety & security
Implement energy management program to reduce operating costs
Monitor maintenance budget and progress payments to ensure cash flows projections are met and prompt payments to contractors and service providers
Requirements:
Degree in Building, Facilities Management, Real Estate, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
At least 5 years of working experience in building and facility management industry
Conversant with codes of practice and regulations
Good knowledge in mechanical & electrical and car park system
Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Possess Senior / Fire Safety Manager Certificate
Candidates who are certified Green Mark Manager will have an added advantage
