Job Responsibilities:
Procurement -
Vendor sourcing for construction materials/equipment from international and domestic markets
Assist to prepare tender packages for bidding purposes
Liaise with suppliers and vendors on product information and purchasing orders
Handle all shipping documentations; incoming shipments, tracking of shipment, import permits payments, and other shipping documentation related responsibilities
Liaise with forwarders and transporters to ensure timely delivery of shipment to various destinations
Keep track of inventory and stock, replenishing when needed
Overall provide smooth coordination for the daily flow of operations
General Administration -
Answer phones calls and emails, responding to client requests and enquiries
Schedule and coordinate with clients
Manage and update company databases
Provide administrative support to colleagues or projects as needed
And any other tasks assigned.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in English and Mandarinto liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers
Possess at least a post-secondary certification
Relevant working experience would be advantageous
Must have computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office
