Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Singapore. You will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent for our Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize multiple sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates, including but not limited to social media, job boards, networking, referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Provide market intelligence and insights to contribute to the overall recruitment strategy.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the sourcing and screening process.
• Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of prior recruitment experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
