Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients.
Present and demonstrate product solutions to potential customers.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide feedback to marketing and product teams for strategic adjustments.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous engagement.
Address client inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and technical teams.
Provide insights on local market needs to enhance product offerings.
Responsible for meeting individual annual sales targets as set by management.
Qualifications
3 years of sales experience in the software industry, preferably in office software or SaaS/PaaS solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
Knowledge of Southeast Asian markets, particularly Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of software sales cycles and licensing models.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and drive results in a competitive environment
Proficiency in English and Mandarin (preferred for communication with Chinese-speaking clients and partners).
Self-motivated, results-driven, and adaptable to changing market dynamics.
Strong interpersonal skills and cross-cultural understanding.
