ASSISTANT MANAGER, STATION OPERATIONS

[What you will be working on]

The Rail Licensing Division is looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join the team and take on the challenge of managing and administering rail operators’ licences, Codes of Practice (CPs), commercial activities guidelines, in support of the development and regulation of Singapore’s Rapid Transit Systems (RTS) network.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing and facilitating the approval process for advertising media, commercial spaces and activities across the RTS network;
• Performing checks and audits on the activities across the RTS network
• Facilitating the development of initiatives to create a more inclusive public transport system;
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to develop non-fare policies and guidelines to improve the overall public transport commuter experience.
