The job description comprises but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:
Conduct daily checks on the ground to ensure that the common areas are well maintained.
Conduct daily check on the other common property not maintained by a term contractor to ensure their soundness and proper maintenance.
Receive and attend to complaints by residents and owners on common area only.
Advise and assist whenever possible, complaints beyond the Corporation’s purview (this refers to problems in individual units).
Manage and supervise the Technician, the Administrative Assistant and the service providers to ensure they perform to the standing orders set out.
